World’s largest marathon LPG pipeline (JLPL)

The project task was to provide security surveillance on multiple valves and sensitive operations at multiple locations distributed between 5 states of India with total running distance of 1670Km. the herculean task was to reach at every valve locations because the pipe lines installation route is from forest, private farms, river banks and hilly terrain and creation of approach road always use to create conflicts with locals so neutralization of local use to remain a major diligence before starting the actual execution.

This was a mega IT network infrastructure project created to provide safety and security of pipe lines to generate events and alarm in case of intrusion, emergency or accident. This solution was integration of 5 local command control rooms and a Central command center at Jaipur.

The start and end points of pipe lines was 1670KM and to transfer live cameras streams 24/7 to central command center was a complex task which we achieved in this project.

Our expert monitoring team is deployed at the all 5 local and central command center room to monitor and generate report for all events occurring on the entire pipe line and they are working in shift wise 24/7.
